The Ride Cafe is your local ebike and family travel shop – providing repair services, rentals, and sales alongside refreshing cold brew. Our goal is to enhance the joy and convenience of your trips, while fostering a thriving bike community.
Repair & Fitting
We want your trips to go smoothly and we know how frustrating it is when a bike, scooter, or stroller isn’t working properly. We provide repair, tune-up, assembly, and fittings for all types of bikes, including cargo and electric. Additionally, we offer tire and brake repairs for scooters and strollers.
While you’re in, test ride an Aventon ebike.
Drop off your bike during our regular business hours, or schedule an appointment if our hours don’t work for you.
Ebikes Sales
We sell Aventon ebikes. Come in for a test ride anytime that we’re open or make an appointment after hours.
We are also a Surly, Strider and Benno bike dealer. Message or call to place your order.
We also sell unique transportation-focused and Boston-themed gifts. Pick up something special for the transit or bike lover in your life.
Please note, we love cash & Venmo and require a $15 minimum purchase for credit card payments, when buying in store.
Rentals
Looking to try a bike for a weekend before you buy? Interested in renting additional bikes while you have guests visiting? Just want to rent an ebike for the first time? You came to the right place. We rent Aventon bikes – the highest quality & least expensive bikes on the market – in our opinion. Come in to test ride, rent and/or buy.
Cafe
Enjoy a cold brew, kombucha, non-alcoholic beer, or snack while getting your bike serviced.

There’s many different options for services and shopping:
- Drop your bike off anytime that we’re open,
